Card required at the end of setup. We send an email three days before the charge with a one-click cancel link.
Refund within 14 days
If you decide RecallPing isn't for you within 14 days of being charged, we refund you prorated for the unused time. After 14 days the year runs out and you can let it lapse.
Downgrade anytime
Drop from Household to Free at any point. Your 5 oldest tracked items stay active; the rest are archived (not deleted) and restored automatically if you upgrade again.
Cancel in one tap
Settings → Subscription → Cancel. It takes about ten seconds, with no phone call. Come back within 30 days and your list is right where you left it; after that it's deleted for good.
One plan, billed yearly
There's one price: $34.99 a year, billed once. We don't offer a monthly plan.
Household transfer
If your household changes, we'll move your tracked items to a new account. Email support@recallping.com — usually handled same-day.
